July 2017, The Provincial Government of Bataan in its goal to automate their Financial Processes and Transactions has acquired from Geodata its Financial Management Integrated Systems (FMIS). The four (4) FMIS Integrated Systems for the Financial Department of the Capitol office will help the users with the reliable and efficient financial management solutions that helps simplify a multitude of daily financial, accounting and budget transaction and processes.
The Budget Operations Support System (BOSS) for the Provincial Budget Office will enable users to complete the budget cycle from planning to execution. The General Accounting and Auditing System (GAAS) for the Provincial Accounting Office will manage the automation of accounting procedures. The Treasury Operations Support System (TOSS) for the Provincial Treasury Office will manage automation of Treasury operations and various financial responsibilities that have been vested singularly on the office while the Supply Management Support System (SMSS) for the General Services Office will manage the complete supply cycle from planning to bidding.
